Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Success team within 30 days of your purchase date with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
